DID YOU KNOW….?
In a report by the European Commission, it was found that 80% of companies don’t reclaim VAT expenses that they are legally entitled.
EU VAT registered companies travelling abroad can reclaim the VAT charged on expenses such as:
- Exhibition & Conference Fees
- Accommodation Costs
- Promotional Materials
- Printing Materials
- Business Entertaining
- Telecommunications
- Transport Costs (including fuel)
- Road Tolls
- Restaurant, Meals.
I know that if yourself or your staff travel extensively through Europe to promote your business then the costs incurred either in road tolls, fuel, parking, hotel accommodation etc are getting more expensive each year. I have great experience and am successful in reclaiming back VAT to various Irish Companies involved in export/import.
I appreciate that you may already be claiming back the VAT. However, if not, I would be more than happy to help you reclaim your entitlements. The cost to you is zero until the reclaimed money is back in your account. The claims for 2015 VAT are due by 30th September 2016 so you have not missed the deadline yet, but please, please, don’t forget this year! After all, you have already paid this money and it is your right and entitlement to get a refund!
I have extensive dealings with the different VAT offices and have good working relationship with them. I also speak fluent French and Spanish.
I have a small number of Irish Companies which let me do the work for them and a few years ago I was delighted to add George Mullins Transport (www.horsetransportireland.ie) who gave me the opportunity to prove myself and already they have been refunded regularly since 2011.
Also Brennan International (www.brennan-international.com) have been my clients since 2009 and over €215,000 have been repaid to them since 2009.
So please don’t delay!
